Parameter value
A parameter value is any type statistics or quantity that can be assigned to a Parameter entry. Parameter values can be used as arguments to a PDF.
| Type | Uses |
|---|---|
| Numeric | The most common type, used for statistics such as best estimate, number of samples, mean value etc. |
| Boolean | Can be used as a PDF argument; for instance the “In order” argument of the pg (pre-generated) distribution. |
| String | Can be used as a string argument to a function. |
| Collection | Used for time series (x vs. y) and as arguments to PDFs. Different types of collections exist: lists, sets and maps. |
